► Some of our rare corals/livestock do not fall under our guarantee, these items are marked in their

► We do not refund or credit any shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
► If your coral/livestock arrives unattached, severly stressed, or dead you must email us a photo of
► the specimen within one hour of the delivery time posted by UPS or Fed Ex.
► Please do not discard the coral/livestock without BSA authorization as this will void the guarantee.
► Any orders you wish to cancel must be cancelled within 24 hours after placing your order; there is a
► 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders.
► Tanks water chemistry must be within the following parameters:
Temperature between 75°- 83° F and constant
Ammonia 0.0 ppm
Nitrite 0.0 ppm
Nitrate 0.0-30 ppm
pH 8.1-8.4
Specific gravity 1.020-1.025
