► Currently, we only ship to the 48 continental United States.
► Shipping cost for orders less than $299 is $40 and for orders over $299 is free. Florida residents
► receive $20 shipping cost on orders less than $299.
► After placing your order we will contact you on the next business day to schedule a day you would
► like to ship your order. Orders are shipped out Monday-Thursday.
► All livestock orders must be signed for on the first delivery attempt. If any livestock orders are
► rejected then the customer is responsible for the full amount of the order; Even if the package
► arrives damaged you still need to sign for it and make a claim through UPS or Fed Ex if there are
► any damages to the specimens.
► BSA is not responsible for losses due to weather, mechanical failures, etc.
► To help keep your livestock order safe and healthy; All orders are shipped using 1½" thick foam
► coolers with hot or cold packs. To ensure the packed specimens do not move during shipping, we
► use either bubble wrap or packing peanuts.
